Most common repairs — screen replacements, battery swaps, charging ports — are completed within 1–2 hours while you wait. More complex repairs such as water damage recovery or motherboard work can take 24–48 hours. We'll always give you an accurate time estimate before we start.

Walk-ins are welcome and we'll always try to help straight away. However, booking online guarantees your slot and means a technician will be ready for your device on arrival, reducing any potential wait time.

Our warranty covers the parts fitted and the labour work carried out for 12 months from the date of repair. If the same fault recurs within that period, we'll fix it free of charge. The warranty does not cover new physical damage, liquid damage after the repair, or faults unrelated to the original repair.

If we're unable to fix your device, you don't pay a thing. We'll return it to you exactly as it was brought in, with a full explanation of what was found. Our No Fix No Fee policy applies to all standard repairs.

We use high-quality OEM-grade or manufacturer-equivalent parts on all repairs. For certain repairs (particularly iPhone screens), we offer a choice of standard or premium OEM parts. We'll always be upfront about which parts are being used and the difference in cost and quality.
