We started Mobex because too many phone repairs felt like a gamble — vague quotes, parts of unknown origin, and no real guarantee if something went wrong afterwards. Our approach is simpler: diagnose the fault honestly, quote a fixed price before touching your device, and back every repair with a proper warranty.
Our Chalk Farm Road workshop serves Camden and the surrounding neighbourhoods — Primrose Hill, Kentish Town, Belsize Park, King's Cross and beyond — with the same standard on every repair, whether it's a five-minute battery swap or a full water damage recovery.
We're not the cheapest option in London, and we don't try to be. We use genuine-quality parts, take the time to test everything properly before handover, and stand behind the work with a 1-year warranty. If we can't fix it, you don't pay — simple as that.
