Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I put my phone in rice?▼

No - it is a myth. Rice does not draw out moisture effectively, and grains can get lodged inside the ports. Power the device off immediately and bring it in as soon as you can instead.

How fast should I act after a spill?▼

Immediately. The first 60 seconds and the first 24 hours matter most - the longer a wet device sits, especially powered on, the more corrosion can spread internally.
